Analysis of an interleaved control scheme employed in split source inverter based grid‐tied photovoltaic systems

چکیده

In conventional grid-tied renewable energy applications, the dc–dc converter is inevitable. An increased cost, size, and reduced efficiency are demerits of incorporating a converter. A recently introduced split source inverter (SSI) capable to perform both as well dcac at time. The main attractive controllable feature SSI its modulation index. By utilizing this parameter, an interleaved control structure proposed for in photovoltaic applications. objectives work track peak power maintain stabilized voltage across dc-link capacitor variable load grid disturbances. controller performs two important actions: (i) traced all irradiance (ii) generates duty cycle enhance voltage. scheme essentially investigated with simulation. To validate experimentally, 1 KW system integrated into 10 kVA prototype. Xilinx based Spartan field-programmable gate array (FPGA) used provide algorithm SSI. Few case studies different conditions performed investigated. Experimental simulation results presented prove robustness strategy.
